LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!   WC2 needs your help.  If you would like to get involved in the community send an email to wc2@willowcreek2.com or leave a message with our answering service.

 

 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  Please remember that all payments are due on the first of each month.  Late fees will be applied to any payment not received by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th.  PLEASE REMEMBER to write your unit number on all checks and that separate checks should be written for Dues and Assessments. 

WORK DAY APRIL 2007 ~ We are planning a work day for April 28th, 2007.  We are excited to meet everyone and accomplish many needed projects around the property.  Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.  Details will follow at a later date.   If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let us know.

BE SAFE!   The Board wants to remind our owners what they need to do if there is suspicious or possibly dangerous activity going on in there area.  For the safety of all residents, we encourage owners to contact the police if you see something that may put the safety of our residents at risk.  We also ask that you contact the Board at the general number to report the activity so we can keep track of these incidents.

NEW LOCATION OF MAIL/DROP BOX:  The mail/drop box has been moved to its permanent location  at the Willow Creek II pool house.  The address is 4400 East 68th Street, Tulsa, OK  74136.  Please place all payments and correspondence in this secure mailbox.

NEEDED-NEW BOARD MEMBER:  The Willow Creek II Board is currently seeking a new member.  If you would like to be considered for the open position, please contact us at 918-624-9516.  This opening is a fun and challenging position that we are excited to have filled.
