MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  Please remember that all payments are due on the first of each month.  Late fees will be applied to any payment not received by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th.  PLEASE REMEMBER to write your unit number on all checks and that separate checks should be written for Dues and Assessments. 

LOCATION OF MAIL/DROP BOX:  The mail/drop box has been moved to its permanent location  at the Willow Creek II pool house.  The address is 4400 East 68th Street, Tulsa, OK  74136.  Please place all payments and correspondence in this secure mailbox.

All pets must be registered with the Board of Administrators as of July 10, 2010.  If you have a pet that is not registered, you must register them as soon as possible.  Owners may be fined for any pets they own found on property that are not registered with the Association.  To register your pet, click HERE to access the Pet Registration form.  Fill out the form and return to Willow Creek 2.
